Expanded Cities is a new media light and space installation that spans 3 cities simultaneously. A collaboration between London-based, video, performance and light installation artist, Ela Boyd, and myself. Each space had 2 screens, 2 projectors and 2 webcams pointed at each other and connected over the internet creating a feedback loop of color and shadow images bouncing from space to space. The live video content was aided by simultanious performances in each space. Expanded Cities triangulated between Sediment Arts in Richmond, Virginia, Curio Studio in Los Angeles, California and Mexicali Rose in Mexicali, Mexico. Oct. 3rd-10th 2014
